As a licensed Psychologist with over 25 years of experience, I provide psychotherapy and psychological evaluations for adults, children, adolescents, couples and families. My goal is to empower my clients to make better decisions, increase their insight, and provide them with skills to live more fulfilling lives.
By integrating the Catholic spirituality with the psychological and emotional components; I support my patients' growth with problem-solving skills and coping strategies for issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, unresolved childhood issues, grief, stress management, body image concerns, and many other psychological issues.
Psychotherapy is an effective process to enhance personal growth, interpersonal relationships, family concerns, marriage issues, and everyday life stressors while promoting the individual's actualization to the person God created them to be.
