Casa Maria Retreat House located in Birmingham (Irondale), Alabama, is offering a retreat for Catholic Doctors, Nurses, Health Care Professionals and Medical Students on June 13-15, 2008.
Father John Horgan, who will serve as Retreat Master, received his Licentiate in Moral Theology-specializing in medical ethics-from the Pontifical Council on Medical Ethics and Catholic Health Care. He currently serves as the chaplain to two Catholic hospitals, and as spiritual director of the Vancouver Archdiocese Physicians' Guild, and he has appeared on several EWTN series.
