I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) and have spent 20 years integrating IFS with the Catholic faith for a powerful, transformational and redemptive experience in healing for my clients. 

I am licensed in NY and FL.  Sessions are on-line, using HIPPA-compliant Zoom.  

I help clients achieve inner harmony, discover greater fulfillment, align their lives with God's purpose and explore a deeper more personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  I can help you heal in areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and relationships.

I am a Certified IFS Therapist and IFS Approved Clinical Consultant, providing consultation and teaching to therapists who want to learn the IFS model.
