Message from Therapist

I have over 25 years of clinical experience as a psychotherapist and specialize in healing intimate relationships, depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, eating disorders, and other psychological issues.

My approach is strongly influenced by the school of positive psychology with its focus upon growth in virtues in treatment of emotional and character conflicts. Also work with parents in helping them understand their parenting style and in encouraging them to embrace responsible parenting.  Have over 7 years experience in youth apostolate helping teens and young adults to learn who they are in Christ and to live out the fullness of their destiny.

My goal with each of my clients is to strengthen their faith and foster dependence on God, teaching forgiveness, encouraging increased prayer and utilization of the sacraments as the primary means of coping to improve mental, spiritual and emotional health.
