Message from Therapist

As a Catholic clinician, with over twenty five years of experience, the counseling I provide is in keeping with the teachings of the Magisterium, and integrates the best of what psychological, and family science has to offer.

I help individuals and families find joy, freedom and harmony in life. Courage, strength, perseverance, fortitude, are some of the virtues that I see my clients gain mastery in throughout the therapy process. It is a great honor and privilege to play a part on someone's journey of becoming his or her best and witness the unfolding of what makes life truly worth living.

I provide treatment for couples, individuals, and families.  Some of the areas I can help with : marital and relationship problems, anxiety, depression, psychological trauma, grief and loss, and addiction. I also help individuals learn how to experience the good life.

I offer telehealth (phone or video) sessions.
