I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and the founder / owner of Covenant Integrative Counseling Services in the Catholic Diocese of Columbus, OH.
I provide professional clinical and pastoral counseling expertise for adults, adolescents, couples, and families from a Catholic perspective while helping my clients through some of the most emotionally, behaviorally, and spiritually challenging times of their lives. By integrating all aspects of the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual realms of my clients lives into the counseling relationship, I am able to offer a comprehensive and truly faith-centered approach to healing.
I am a wife and mother of 4 adult sons, and have three daughters-in-law, and two granddaughters. I am a cradle Catholic and attended Catholic schools from grades 1-12, having also some years in Catholic undergrad and grad school . I actively serve my parish as a lector, extraordinary minister of the Eucharist. I am a former radio host on St. Gabriel Catholic Radio and have been a presenter for marriage and re-marriage preparation for the Diocese of Columbus. I am a speaker on topics related to mental health and an advisor for a group in the Columbus diocese called "Connected Through Christ".
Prior to becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I worked as a surgical ICU registered nurse for many years in Ohio and Illinois. My nursing background is frequently employed as I integrate the bio/psycho/social/ spiritual paradigm into my counseling practice.
