Through three decades of study in Psychology and Theology, I have come to a deep appreciation of both traditions and disciplines. In the philosophical tradition of St Thomas Aquinas, I see no need to divorce faith from reason. Of greater concern to me than the particular symptoms and pathologies an individual, couples or family might present with, is the very nature of who they are as ones created by a grace-giving God.
My clinical practice over the past 30 years has focused heavily on the study and treatment of Mood Disorders, including Adjustment Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and Anxiety-Related Disorders. I also utilize Object Relations Theory in conjunction with Internal Family Systems Theory and provide counseling for many other issues.
I draw upon both the intrinsic and interpersonal models in my effort to assist clients in achieving a high level of self-awareness and self-leadership, all the while integrating their faith tradition in the most empowering way possible. My passion is to help people in need as effectively as possible.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado, Indiana and Texas, I offer online counseling through a secure, confidential and easy-to-use platform for those living in the states of Colorado, Indiana and Texas. An initial conference can determine if your needs are appropriate for this level and form of care.
TRADITIONAL IN-OFFICE COUNSELING
I offer a limited number of traditional in-office sessions counseling in Colorado Springs for those living in the front range area of Colorado.
