Message from Therapist

The pressure you put on yourself – to succeed, to be liked, to do it all – is exhausting. Being a perfectionist and the hustle to feel "good enough" is getting old. You know God is in control and your worth is in Him, yet, it can be hard to feel and live by that. Do you want to keep your high standards without all the anxiety?

Good news: you can re-wire yourself to feel calm while maintaining a go-getter zest for life. Together, we'll get you unstuck and cultivate a wellness in mind, body and spirit. The outcome a stronger, healthier version of yourself stepping into the excellence God has planned for you. Through the process, you will develop a healthier relationship with God, yourself and others.

If you're looking for individualized insight, guidance and tangible tools then you've come to the right place. Together, we'll identify the "whys" and practical strategies to calm your mind. We’ll make sense of the past, learn to be at peace in the present and create a roadmap for the future.

You want better for you. I want better for you. God wants better for you. You’re not intended to go through this alone. Sometimes the inner critique can make you feel hopeless, so if you need a reminder: there is hope and a path towards freedom. You are capable of change; you can go from feeling stuck to getting clear, grounded and confident. If that sounds ideal, let's talk. Message me!

Practice Info

Bio:
My therapy style is a balance between practical and compassionate. I meet you with comfort, calm and compassion, but also emphasize goals, planning and tangible outcomes. My approach addresses the mind, but the body and soul. I tailor my approach to each client and accompany them while their change process unfolds.

I started my practice with the belief that each individual is valuable and irreplaceable – and we are all capable of positive change. I have seen how faith and therapy are beautifully interconnected, which is why I built a practice specializing in faith-based therapy.

I’ll meet you where you’re at spiritually, emotionally and mentally. You may be strongly rooted or grappling with issues in faith-- or maybe this changes from day to day.

You may be desiring longer-term therapy to work on the deeper roots or short-term counseling to work on a focused issue. Either way, we’ll work together to pave the path forward in a way that is aligned with your needs.

More About Anna Bella Pecyna, LCSW, CADC

My Practice, Lily Counseling and Consulting, is built on the belief that everyone was intentionally designed with a unique set of gifts and strengths— and that everyone is capable of positive change. We help our clients cultivate meaningful change using a holistic approach that addresses not only mind, but body and soul.

If you've been hesitant to pursue or continue therapy because of a disconnect with your Catholic Faith, we get it and we're here to help. We specialize in providing therapy through a faith-based lens and work to integrate the two in a way that aligned with where you're at -- both spiritually and emotionally.

We’re here to assure you that, beyond the pain, there is hope and restoration. You're not intended to tough this out in isolation. We’ve guided many clients through the deeply personal process of change. We would be honored to be a witness to your story and accompany you along your path of personal growth.
