I am happy that you have come across my profile. I believe everything happens for a reason and that life is about learning from our trials and tribulations. It is important to try and find a positive in every misfortune and learn from your setbacks, to put our faith in God's wisdom, to know that we are loved and that we can come through life's struggles better and stronger people. My goal is to help you through whatever you need assistance with today. I want to teach you skills to manage the uncertainty of tomorrow so that you can go through life resilient.

When I was young and someone asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I would say a therapist. I wanted to help people. While in college I redirected to business but, life kept leading me back to therapy. In 2008, I graduated with my masters degree in Clinical Counseling.
As a married Catholic, a parent to 5 daughters and many life experiences as well as many years of clinical experience as a therapist, I believe God has given me a unique understanding of life and my clients. I firmly believe that faith in therapy guides and strengthens the therapeutic process. Using a systems perspective allows a deeper understanding of my clients and their families and how they affect each client. My experience working in Family Based Therapy using the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy model gave me wonderful experience in trauma informed therapy.
In today's world, a healthy mind, body and spirit are essential to live a fulfilling life. In my practice, I treat a wide variety of client issues, adjustment disorders, parenting issues, addiction, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, issues with regard to separation and divorce, bereavement, and stage of life changes. My goal is to give my clients the tools to live life to their highest potential.

I have joined with Integrity Counseling Services (King of Prussia). I will continue to see clients out of my Wyndmoor office and look forward to partnering with one of the best Catholic Counseling practices in Pennsylvania.
