I am a well-trained, highly qualified professional psychotherapist who shares your Catholic values and beliefs.  I have over 25 years of counseling experience with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and use a client-centered and faith-based approach to treat a wide range of conditions including: depression, anxiety, self-confidence issues, self-image problems, marital or relationship conflicts, and parenting issues.

The biggest misconception has to do with people thinking that the faith-based counseling process will be negative, judgmental, or condemning.  It was St. Irenaeus, Bishop of Lyons and Doctor of the Catholic Church, who said, "The glory of God is man fully alive!" 

Faith-based Catholic counseling is a process of becoming fully alive.  It is a process of learning to live in true freedom.  It is about becoming the person you were created to be!
