"You and I have been created for greater things.
We have not been created to just pass through this life without aim.
And that greater aim is to love and be loved."
~ Saint Mother Teresa of Calcutta

We are all challenged with difficulties in life.  These are always opportunities for healing and growth as God brings good out of all things for those who love him.  And He never abandons us...as He cannot abandon His own.

Yet sometimes it is difficult to find a way out.

Rooted in the Catholic understanding that each person is uniquely created by God with inherent dignity and unique purpose, I work with individuals, couples and families to overcome obstacles to living with the freedom and joy God intends.

I believe in the importance of a strong, collaborative therapuetic relationship. With the healing modalites of contemporary psychology integrated wtih sound Catholic teaching, I seek to provide a safe place where one can be accompanied while exploring and working through impediments to living well. These may include resolving childhood pain, healing the negative impact of past relationships, uncovering false narratives, moving toward forgiveness and restoring right relationship to ourselves, others and with God.

Whatever challenges you may be facing, I invite you to call me at (301)230-5558 for a free 15 minute consultation.  My office is located in Bethesda, a 10 minute walk from the Bethesda Metro. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
