I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a passion for integrating faith and psychology to promote hope and healing to my clients. I specialize in working with children and adolescents as well as mothers navigating pregnancy and postpartum. I am a certified perinatal mental health counselor and am passionate about helping mothers and families experience the pregnancy and postpartum period to its fullest. I utilize a variety of treatment approaches to best serve the needs of my clients including Person-Centered, Attachment based, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused and Play Therapy.

I work with clients throughout Maryland via a telehealth platform.

I am simply an instrument for God's healing and my goal is to aide my clients in becoming the person God created them to be.

Tiffany O’Hara is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland. She received her MS in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University and also hold a BS degree in psychology with a minor in Theology from Mount St. Mary’s University.

Tiffany also has a certification as a PMH-C through Postpartum Support International.

She has extensive experience working in both clinical and school settings.
