I believe God's intervention in counseling is found in knowing our true self through Christ's perspective. I use a mixture of client-centered and integral therapy interventions and love to work with adults, children, teens, and couples. I specialize in working with men on the many issues and challenges they face such as relief from addictions, emotional distress, and help with managing career pressures and home balance. Also enjoy partnering with parents in addressing emotional/behavioral concerns in children/teens.

I am a Catholic LMFT and am available for phone or video sessions during this shelter order. I work with people in any stage of faith at an established counseling center in San Ramon, CA. I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. I also specialize in helping men whose sexual behavior has become unmanageable and who want help for themselves or their families.
