My goal is to provide a safe therapeutic setting for each of my clients that fosters exploring personal issues, creating goals, and formulating solutions to improve quality of life. I provide both in-person sessions and virtual services.
I work collaboratively with clients to unveil strengths and develop positive solutions to reduce stress and create lasting, healthy changes. I provide services to children, adolescents, adults, both for individuals and families.
I have significant experience in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship conflict, life transitions, and many more. I utilize an integrated approach to treatment, incorporating interventions drawn from theories including CBT, DBT, internal family systems therapy (IFS), attachment based and many more.
My approach is one that focuses on healing through self-awareness, insight, hope, and transformation.
In His Image Counseling Center (IHI) provides evidence-based mental health treatment centered in the Catholic understanding of the human person. Our goal at IHI is to bring Christ's healing and peace to suffering hearts and minds through excellence in psychotherapy.
