In my practice, I provide a collaborative approach to treatment as I work in partnership with a client in meeting their desired treatment goal. I offer therapy for children, teens, adult individuals, also couples, families, and with parents-child/teen. I have a special interest in existential issues, grief, loss, life transitions, and couples counseling.

I understand the challenge involved and the courage required to address the often painful realities of our mental health. I affirm and applaud you for taking the step to seek greater self understanding.

Bio:
My theoretical orientation draws from integrative and humanistic-existential psychology, meaning I believe in providing well rounded care that emphasizes the inherent value of being human. With my education in Catholic theology, I seek to provide quality care that empowers my clients to develop the confidence to manage their mental health and gain greater fulfillment in their lives by integrating their mental health and Catholic faith. Whether this means addressing childhood trauma or current and brief stressors, my goal is to assist a client in cultivating a greater self-understanding and acceptance of who they are in God.

Monday- Friday 10 am -6 pm
Accepted Forms of Payments
Standard Cost: $150 per each 50 minute session.

I set aside a few slots for a sliding scale for those who meet financial need. Please feel free to inquire about it.

I am currently an out of network provider. If you have a PPO, you may be able to pick an out of network provider for services and receive partial reimbursement for the cost of services. If this is the case, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider and inquire if your policy allows you to choose an out of network provider, and if so what information or form (sometimes called a "Medical Exception Request Form") needs to be obtained or completed. At the time of services you will pay the set rate, then I will provide you with a superbill (on a monthly basis unless otherwise requested), and you will submit this to your insurance company and receive reimbursement from them. Feel free to contact me, if you require further clarification.
