I am passionate about helping people grow in their relationships, especially within their families. It is my belief that therapy can be enjoyable as well as beneficial. Whether it is in individual, marital, or family therapy, I strive to help each person become who they were created to be.

Bio:
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado and Missouri. I received my Master’s Degree in Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University in 2012. I have extensive experience in counseling individuals, couples, and families and worked in diverse settings including with at risk youths, court mandated clients, and individuals who have experienced homelessness. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, and grief.

I am originally from Oklahoma and have been in Colorado for sixteen years. I have been married for about ten years now and have three children. In our spare time, I enjoy hiking, cooking, playing bass guitar, and spending time with my family.
Hours of Operation
Monday (8-2), Tuesday (8-5), Wednesday (8-2), and Friday (8 to 5).
I provide in-person sessions at my office location and also provide Teletherapy sessions through a secure, HIPPA compliant video-based system throughout all of Colorado.
I am also licensed in Missouri (available for Teletherapy only).
