I primarily work with individuals: adults ages 18 and up. Issues I commonly work with are anxiety disorders, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, mental health challenges related to chronic pain, and ADHD.

I enjoy assisting clients navigating transitional periods in life including adjusting to a new culture, to pregnancy/parenting of infants and young children, and navigating spiritual and vocational discernment. I am also interested in and have received additional training on the effects of nutrition on our mental health and general well-being.

Bio:
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and have been working as a counselor for 15 years.

I am married with three grown children and have four grandchildren. Although raised Protestant, in young adulthood I began a journey of spiritual study and discernment that ultimately led me - to my surprise - to the Catholic Church. In the Catholic Faith I discovered a magnificent treasure, upon which I draw from in my work as a therapist.
