Sometimes it is difficult to utilize our faith when we are experiencing difficulties that can leave us numb. We can feel lost and empty and not know how to find peace. Whether you are practicing your faith or questioning it, we can work together to help you find more peace and balance in your life.
Healing from the challenges takes time and intention. As a therapist who values a relationship with God, I know it can be difficult to make sense of our pain in relation to our faith. I have experienced times in my life that have rocked my faith and left me confused and searching for answers. I can help you sort through those experiences and help you find peace through prayer and acceptance.
