I enjoy helping clients conquer problems with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I get great satisfaction from helping people dig out of situations they may have previously viewed as hopeless. In order to make an informed judgment you can check out feedback from my clients at Healthgrades.com

I work with individuals and couples, primarily addressing depression, anxiety and relationship issues.  I also have experience helping clients with anger issues, behavioral issues, domestic violence, infidelity, obsessive compulsive disorder and parenting.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (License #: 180-001162).  I am on several insurance panels, but I see clients with and without insurance.

In addition to my professional experience and training, I bring the perspective of a Catholic who has been married for 38 years, has raised three children to adulthood, and has been actively involved in my faith community.  I completed Lay Ministry formation in the 1990's.  I have served as a volunteer in a variety of church ministries throughout my adult life.
