Message from Therapist

I am familiar with addressing a client’s psycho/social /spiritual wellness, and take a systems approach for information gathering. As a lifelong Catholic Christian, I also have further training in the integration of faith based and religious strengths with psychology to work through challenging situations for clients who so choose.

My experiences are extensive in healthcare casework. I counsel people who are medically compromised, diagnosed with a rare disease, terminally ill, and work with their caregivers and family. I also explore and help to resolve medical trauma.

With foundational knowledge in the Creighton Model FertilityCare System,  I am an effective therapist to resolve the emotional and mental affects of infertility, miscarriage, still birth, labor trauma, post partum depression, and breast feeding struggles.

I am also skillful in processing TRAUMA with clients in incidents of abuse, bullying, abortion regret, community violence, disasters, vehicular crashes, traumatic grief, and those in healthcare and first responder work who deal with traumatic events.

Other areas of experience include life stage transitions, negative beliefs and self perception, career or sports performance enhancement, general anxiety, and situational or chronic stress.

Contact me to help facilitate your growth and healing.
