It is also my belief that counseling is meant to provide you with tools you can continue using beyond your time in therapy. My name is Samantha Stefaniak and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. I’ve had the privilege to practice counseling for over 6 years in a variety of settings and now I’m pleased to offer counseling services in a practice of my own. While I work with individuals from various backgrounds and spiritual beliefs, I specifically specialize in combining Christian and Catholic worldviews in therapy with my extensive counseling training.
