In my practice, I provide individual therapy services to clients struggling with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Addiction, and Trauma. I work with couples experiencing relationship difficulties, working on effective communication and effective ways to manage and/or resolve conflict. I assist families, helping them to learn effective communication, develop healthy boundaries, and find solutions to family problems to create a better functioning home environment.
