I understand all of life's expectations and how hard it can be to find balance. I offer a safe and warm space for you to feel comfortable in working on your struggles. I believe in working with you as a partner on your journey to healing.

I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem, life stressors, parenting, relationship issues and work life balance.  I also work with women and their specific needs related to pregnancy, post-partum, peri-menopause, menopause and balancing life roles.

I really enjoy working with my clients and helping them see that they are valuable, and deserve happiness and healing.

I have worked as a therapist for over 20 years. I have my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked in many settings in the mental health field, and currently have a private practice located in South Butler, PA.

I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem, life stressors, parenting, relationship issues and work/life balance.  I also work with women and their specific needs with pregnancy, post-partum, perimenopause, menopause and balancing all their life roles.  

I was born and raised Catholic and so was my husband.  We are raising our children to be Catholic and they attend Catholic Schools.  We are all very involved in our church and community.  

I feel being trained as a psychotherapist and living my life in the Catholic Faith, offers me a unique perspective to work with others living in the Catholic Faith who may be struggling with difficult issues.
