Message from Therapist

I am blessed to work with individuals across the lifespan. Life is constantly overwhelming yet blessing us each day. Our relationships can feel both challenging and rewarding at the same time. How can we ever navigate this personal journey full of paradox that often results in increased anxious feelings, difficulty with focus, and feelings of hopelessness? Are you ready to begin your journey toward healing? I would be honored to join you.

Training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), through the lens of my Catholic faith, has given me tools to help you navigate the ebb and flow of life and relationships. I am also a certified SYMBIS Facilitator and enjoy working with couples to help them make their marriage the best that it can be. Our world is constantly changing, and it is easy to feel stuck in this beautiful life. I am holding space and hope for you to move forward in a positive and healthy way.

Pax Therapy Solutions offers easy, online scheduling with free 15-minute consultations to see how we can best serve you. We work hard to provide the most comfortable, therapeutic environment through in person or tele-health sessions. Please visit paxtherapysolutions.com and allow me the pleasure of accompanying you on this journey of peace and healing.

More About Andrea Witt, MA, LPC-A

Pax Therapy Solutions, LLC
Providing counseling, psychotherapy, and other mental health services to upstate South Carolina.

Andrea Witt is a Counselor with Pax Therapy Solutions, LLC.

What does "Pax" mean?
“Pax” has Latin roots (particularly in religious tradition), meaning “peace,” which we believe is a pivotal indicator of human flourishing. We view the concept as a state of being rather than simply a transient emotional experience.

Since psychotherapy is such an intrinsically personal process, we find it beneficial to disclose our own philosophy prior to initiating therapy. After all, we all have one! Our therapists have been trained in, and embrace, the “Catholic-Christian Meta-Model of the Person” as a means of making sense of our purpose and nature as human beings. In short, the meta-model informs the conceptualization of our clients and everyone else in this world.

Our goal is, by the grace of God, to bring peace to those who seek it.
