I work with the military community, with couples and families, and specialize working with those individuals dealing with trauma, addiction, and other stressors that are holding them back from feeling like they are getting the most out of life. People who enjoy working with me are those looking to dig deep, talk about hard topics, be lovingly challenged from time to time, and who want to live their lives with emotional freedom. I do all of this in a nonjudgmental space. My patients know that I am not interested in telling them what to do, but giving them a safe place to help them take back their lives by overcoming their difficulties. I do not do canned responses and band-aid therapy. As I get to know my patients on their deepest levels, I see how complex they are as well. You are a unique person with unique needs.
