I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and been a clinician with the Alpha Omega Clinic since 2010.  I see clients in Bethesda & Ellicott City, Maryland.

I am using A HIPPA compliant video chat platform for therapy.

I am passionate about making relationships/marriages work and use Emotionally Focused Therapy and Relationship Enhancement Therapy, which are evidence-based therapies for marriage and family. Parenting skills and Filial therapy are also among my specialties. 

I am also a certified instructor of P.I.C.K., a Partner educational program for singles who wish to make wise dating/marriage choices.

I integrate the principles of psychology with the wisdom of the Catholic faith in my work with couples, families, parents, and individuals of all ages to help bring healing in their lives.  We often forget that we are God's precious children. His love for us is unconditional and limitless. I try to bring these truths to our attention as we work through difficulties and events that interfere with our happiness and growth.

Marriage and family relationships are very important to her. She has been a devout Catholic all her life, and her faith is integral to everything she does.
