I provide counseling for a wide variety of problems tailoring specific strategies to each person's unique personality and situation. I've developed an approach of meeting people where they are at, while accessing their individual strengths and resources. Experiences working with children and families in previous years informs my current work with adults in the context of their family and parenting challenges, as well as with any family of origin problems. Strategies used may be drawn from various therapeutic frameworks such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Creative Expression, and Spiritual Development.
I greatly enjoy accompanying and supporting people on their journeys of healing and self-improvement by providing a safe environment for people to feel comfortable enough to find the answers they are looking for within themselves and by accessing the eternal creator's love for each of us as He draws us closer to Him.
