Message from Therapist

Hello, I am so glad you’re here! I believe therapy can be a tool where the healing, growth and development that Jesus desires for us can occur. “... I came so that they may have life and have it more abundantly” - John 10:10.  His desire for you is holiness and wholeness and I’m here to walk and encourage you on that journey.

My core values as a therapist are curiosity, presence and compassion. When working with any client, my goal is to ensure that they feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered.  Whatever is bringing you to counseling, I am confident in your inherent strength and capacity for growth. My role is to help you harness those strengths and navigate the transformative process of self-exploration, vulnerability and change.

I enjoy taking a holistic mind-body-soul approach to mental wellness that explores and honors the whole self. At the request of my clients, I am happily willing to integrate faith, prayer and spirituality as part of our work together.
