I specialize in working with adults struggling with relationships, day to day stress, grief/loss, anxiety and depression.
We are all in a different place in our own journey. I help clients looking for a deeper understanding of their true self and the meaning of life. I come alongside clients from all backgrounds and belief systems to look into who they are in the deepest sense.
I work with clients who are experiencing grief in their life. Grief is a very complicated and unique experience for each of us. When experiencing grief, life can feel very unfair and as if no one understands. I believe that it is through connection that we can heal. Together, I work with clients to process the pain, anger, and identify ways to honor loved ones. Whether experiencing sorrow after losing a loved one, relationship loss, pregnancy loss, infertility or post abortion – it is possible to enjoy life again.
I am also trained to work with clients experiencing issues before and after the birth of a baby. I have a certificate in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders from Postpartum Support International.
