Message from Therapist

To accomplish the change you want, will require bravery and humility. Asking for help takes courage in the face of God, and you are worth it! You can do your work now, or in the next relationship or incident, or the work can “do you”. My experience includes: adults, adolescents, individuals, couples and families, working with Trauma, PTSD, Panic, Depression, Anxiety, Marital Conflict, Grief, Bi-Polar, ADHD, Sex & Love Addiction, Codependency and Relationship Issues. I also specialize with Men's Issues and Addiction Recovery support. My passion is helping you actualize your authentic self, focused on your values, disempowering the negative stories we tell ourselves, rather to truly accomplish your ultimate goals and a life worth living. I specialize in Neurofeedback, training the brain to acquire peek brainwave patterns and optimization. I also utilize EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) which helps people dealing with trauma and find relief from stress.

Along with my training and experience as a counselor, I am also an Executive Leadership and Career Transition Life Coach at Authentic Healing and Counseling (AHC).

Complimenting my counseling experiences, I have a background working in global Account and Program management, marketing, sales, leadership development, and also with at-risk youth mentoring.

Let's uncover and heal your blocks, unleash your creativity, productivity, emotional intelligence, and relating to others successfully.
