With decades of experience, I invite clients to begin each session with prayer. We then talk about what kind of help is needed, and why. We look at what the client has tried and how next to move forward.
This is done in a practical, God-minded way, with an approachable therapist.
A heart for helping goes way back to serving as a classroom teacher and then a school counselor (in both public and Catholic schools).
I provide counseling services for individuals, couples, families, and groups for a wide range of issues. My style is one of encouragement while practical as well.

Currently I see clients in Hancock Maryland but most of my work is done via Zoom, online. For clients seen online, they must reside in either Maryland or Virginia, by law.
My husband and I are active in the St Peter Catholic Parish in Hancock, MD.
I serve on our Parish Council, as President of our St Vincent de Paul chapter, and as a lector. Previously, I taught third grade religious education.
