I believe mental health is vital to the whole health of a person. I have experience in individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and attachment therapy. I am specialized in addressing trauma to both process and desensitize traumatic experiences. I utilize a combination of evidenced-based practices to support clients in their healing journey including Talk Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and other evidenced-based practices.
It takes great courage and vulnerability to pursue therapy. Congratulations on taking that step! As a therapist, I provide a safe non-judgemental space to explore your strengths and challenges. I hope to build a relationship based on your honesty, vulnerability, and consistency. Therapy is not a linear healing process, but is a path that can be difficult and uncomfortable, and at the same time powerful and meaningful. I will walk with you through the discomfort and guide you in your healing journey. I look forward to the chance to accompany you on your growth journey.
