I am a licensed counselor in Florida and in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. I provide psychotherapy in English and Spanish exclusively by Telehealth to residents of Florida and Puerto Rico.
The initial parts of therapy are mostly dedicated to building rapport with the client and providing them space to share what they have been struggling with and what they hope to achieve. An essential part of success in therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship and a common vision of what the client’s goals are. I aim to collaborate with clients in determining the best path that will lead them there and to guide and support them every step of the way.
