Practice Info

Bio:
I am incredibly grateful for my Catholic upbringing; my faith remains a cornerstone of my life. Regularly practicing my beliefs has not only shaped my character but has also been instrumental in my journey of recovery and personal healing. When requested by clients, I strive to create a space where the individual's spirituality and faith can seamlessly intertwine with the therapeutic process, fostering growth for the whole person.

As a child of divorce, I bring an understanding of some of the disruptions that accompany this family-life transition. In addition, I am proud to celebrate thirteen years of sobriety. Successfully making this change not only transformed my own life, but also fueled my passion for helping others recover from addiction. I consider myself blessed to have the opportunity to guide and inspire others.

I hold a master’s degree in Counseling from Divine Mercy University. Throughout my career, I have gained experience working with diverse populations in various settings, honing my skills in various counseling approaches to provide effective, evidence-based support.

My counseling philosophy revolves around the belief that each person possesses an innate capacity for resilience and self-discovery. I view the therapeutic process as a collaboration in which clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe and judgment-free environment. Together, we work towards developing coping strategies, personal insight, and lasting positive change.
