In 2020, I realized there was a great desire for people of faith to have a therapist who aligned with their morals and values and would allow faith to be a part of their healing journey.
I am a cradle Catholic who has learned how to marry my clinical experiences and faith background to help you reach a more complete level of mind, body, and soul healing. I meet you where you are, we work together to determine a plan that fits your specific needs, and we set some healing goals to help you feel confident along the way.

The counseling side of Ignite Your Worth was born in May of 2021, though my brand has been in existence since 2019 when I published my book "Worthy: learning to date in a world that tells you, you're not enough."
I wanted to light a fire in each young women who read my book. I wanted to help them have a burning passion for Christ, and as a result, Ignite Your Worth became the tagline, and later my full brand. I'm excited to reach more Catholic women and help them discover their God-given calling.
