Message from Therapist

I journey with my clients in healing emotional, psychological and spiritual wounds to empower them in living the life God created for them. My counseling approach is rooted in the teachings of The Holy Catholic Church. I integrate Catholic approaches, along with secular treatments regarding difficulties connected to individuals and couples to promote self-awareness and achieve desired goals.

My specialties are in anxiety, co-dependence, boundaries, relationships, and marriage counseling. My theoretical perspective is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a focus in Attachment Theory. I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and am currently training to be certified at Level 2.

Additionally, my knowledge of moral theology matters related to Catholic beliefs of marriage, annulment, divorce, and parenting are a vital part of my counseling style.

Counseling sessions are confidential, compassionate and directed towards your unique needs and goals. Please contact me if you need therapeutic support to move forward onto a healthy path.

Be still and know that I am God.
Psalm 46:10
