  • I journey with my clients in healing emotional, psychological and spiritual wounds to empower them in living the life God created for them.  My counseling approach is rooted in the teachings of The Holy Catholic Church.  I welcome persons from all faiths and backgrounds.

I integrate Catholic approaches, along with secular treatments regarding difficulties connected to Individuals and Couples to promote self-awareness and achieve desired goals.

My specialties are in anxiety, co-dependence, relationships, and marriage counseling.

Additionally, my knowledge of moral theology matters related to Catholic beliefs of marriage, annulment, and divorce and parenting a vital part of my counseling style.

I am happily married to David and blessed with a son, Cole.  I dedicate my work in counseling to the Divine Mercy of Jesus through consecration to Our Blessed Mother.

Counseling sessions are confidential, compassionate and directed towards your unique needs and goals.  Please contact me if you need therapeutic support to move forward onto a healthy path.
