I believe in collaboratively working with clients to help them discover their strengths and become empowered to overcome their challenges. I work with clients facing a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, OCD, and grief. As a Catholic counselor, I believe in the inherent dignity of everyone, and I hope that through counseling people may rediscover their inherent value and begin to find healing and wholeness in their lives. I am also happy to incorporate faith into the counseling process by helping clients better understand their relationship with God and how this relationship can help lead to psychological healing.
In my practice, I primarily utilize acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). According to each client's unique goals, I provide concrete tools to help clients have deeper self-awareness, find greater self-acceptance, and make positive changes in their lives.
I also offer in-person sessions at these additional locations in the Columbus area:
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parish in Pickerington
St. Matthew parish in Gahanna
