Message from Therapist

I provide evidence-based therapy for adolescents, adults and couples for a wide range of issues.  I work from a Catholic world-view.  I believe the human person can not be fully understood apart from the teachings of the Catholic faith.

I offer counseling in a private practice for individuals dealing with issues of trauma, mood disorders, low self-esteem, anxiety disorders, grief, family conflicts, parenting, marriage problems, anger, and addictions. I work with men, women, adolescents, adults, elderly, families, and provide pre-marital and marriage counseling.

I am passionate about counseling in helping my clients free themselves from unhealthy patterns and habits, make healthy choices, learn new skills, and make lasting life changes.

I employ a variety of widely researched and effective therapeutic approaches to achieve success in our work together. I am constantly seeking opportunities to develop my clinical skills through advanced training seminars.
