Message from Therapist

You may be interested in therapy because you are struggling with something. The situation may be impacting on your feelings, thoughts, behaviours, work, health or relationships.

Perhaps you want help in navigating through a time of loss, change or development.

Perhaps you want to understand your life (past, present or future) and your identity more clearly, to be able to explore and make choices that leave you fulfilled.

Maybe you'd like to find a space to express yourself and be heard by another person without any judgement, pressure or agenda.

Therapy offers an opportunity to do all of the above and more, in the context of a confidential, respectful and trusting relationship, underpinned by a Catholic vision of the human person and of truth.

Please contact me if you would like to arrange a first session, or if you have any questions.
