It takes courage and self-awareness to pursue this and I am so glad you are here! Whether you are struggling with persistent, unwanted thoughts, anxiety, guilt, postpartum anxiety or depression, or struggling with memories of traumas that don't seem to be leaving your mind, you’ve come to the right place! I have received training for treating perinatal mood disorders (such as postpartum anxiety) and I am so passionate about partnering with women experiencing this.
