Message from Therapist

I currently have a short wait-list of about 2 weeks.

I am happy to get you scheduled for a free 20 minute consultation to discuss more about your needs for counseling, and how we can work together to achieve them.

The stories of our lives have a tremendous impact on who we are as people, and how we feel. As a narrative-based therapist, it is my privilege to be invited to witness your story and be part of the change that you are seeking. With training in marriage and family therapy comes a unique understanding of how relational experiences, how you grow up, communities, and society as a whole can impact how each person interacts with and understands the world around them. An intimate understanding of the Catholic faith allows me common ground in understanding the rich backdrop of faith as it informs the nuanced workings of your life.

I operate from a neurodivergent affirming and trauma-informed style, and seek to offer a compassionate and understanding atmosphere while inviting you to challenge yourself towards growth. Whether working in the dynamic atmosphere of a couple or meeting an individual in their own uncertainty, I am ready to meet you where you are and journey together to your goals.

Throughout my masters level internship I continually challenged myself to grow and work with cases that were outside of my comfort zone and gain new experience and understanding. This has led me to feel comfortable working with a wide range of clients, though some areas of interest are perinatal mood disorders, relationship conflict and distress, and neurodivergence. I also carry clinical certification from Game to Grow in therapeutic tabletop roleplay gaming and am always open to seeking out information and experiences that challenges me to grow as a clinician.
