Have you spent most of your life feeling depressed, anxious, lack of self-worth, hopeless and having difficulty with relationships? So many things can dampen our joy, love, hope, worth and inner peace. God calls his children out of darkness and despair and into the light, and therapy is one of those vehicles He seems to be using. I can help you on the journey to healing the wounds of a broken heart and impart the courage to love again. The honest recognition of self-defeating patterns is essential to therapeutic progress. Mental health is not a state. It is a process.

I work with adults, children, adolescents and offer couple counseling and family therapy for a variety of emotional, behavioral, and relational issues and will integrate your Catholic Christian faith into the therapeutic process.

I am fluent in Spanish. I have worked many years with the Latino community and I am sensitive to cultural diversity.

Bio:
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California and maintain a private practice in Torrance, CA. Throughout my over 18 years of experience as a professional therapist, I have had the opportunity to work in counseling centers providing therapy to adults, couples, families, adolescents and children.

Part of my experience includes providing counseling services in school-based mental health programs. I have worked with adolescents in a crisis intervention program and also have provided "Parenting Classes" in elementary schools for parents.

I am fluent in Spanish. I have worked many years with the Latino community and sensitive to cultural diversity.
