Message from Therapist

I am a firm believer that finding the right therapist is critical in the journey toward greater health. While relationship with a any professional is key, the relationship with a therapist is one to pay special attention. Because this 'goodness of fit' is so critical to a good outcome, I want to provide for you just a few things about myself as you consider who might best address your particular needs.

I am licensed clinical psychologist and I primarily work with adults ranging from early adulthood to seniors and specifically with those who are seeking to effect significant, life-changing growth. As a psychodynamically oriented therapist, I pay attention to one's development, life history and current realities along with the important clinical relationship to help people understand and leverage change.  I provide therapy for a wide variety of issues including grief related struggles, adjustments to life's stressors, depression, anxiety and trauma. I have also trained as a career, life and executive coach to provide coaching and related assessments to help people align themselves with their calling, life and passions.

With my extensive course work in theology, my clinical passion is melding these disciplines with the richness of psychological thought into an integrated therapeutic approach to growth and healing. This enables those that I work with to bring the grounding and strength of their faith to impact their healing.  I hope this helps as you consider your next steps.  God bless.
