  • Message from Therapist

  • I utilize proven psychological principles of individual psychotherapy, family systems, cognitive-behavioral psychology and spiritual encouragement led by the scriptures and the teachings of the Church in pursuit of God's will in obedience to the Holy Spirit. I provide therapeutic counseling for individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues.

I also offer Life Coaching (Office or Phone) with a focus on weight loss behavioral management.

It has been a blessing to be used by God in ways far beyond my own power and understanding. If my practice were not a ministry for Catholic families and a beacon to the Light of Christ for the lost, I would consider it a vain pursuit.

  • Bio:
  • I was educated at St. Ailbe, Mt. Carmel, DePaul University, and Loyola University of Chicago. At St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, I was the Chief Psychologist of the St. Francis Adult and Child Guidance Center where I served until starting a full-time private practice in 1983.

In addition to providing individual, marital, and family therapy, I have been a psychological consultant at Mt. St. Joseph Home, Loyola University, and Northridge Catholic Prep School. At St. Mary of the Angels Church, I teach a psychological segment of the Marriage Preparation Program. I also work closely with Catholic parishes in the area and I screen men for the seminary. It is also my privilege to counsel priests, brothers, sisters and consecrated lay Catholics, as well as the general public.

It has been a blessing to be used by God in ways far beyond my own power and understanding. If my practice were not a ministry for Catholic families and a beacon to the Light of Christ for the lost, I would consider it a vain pursuit. Praise be to God. Led by the Holy Spirit, the scriptures and the teachings of the Church, I utilize proven psychological principles of individual psychotherapy, family systems, cognitive-behavioral psychology and spiritual encouragement in pursuit of God's will in obedience to the Holy Spirit.
