I am a Franciscan University of Steubenville graduate. I work with children, adolescents and adults and use a variety of approaches depending on the needs of the person. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
We all have areas in our lives that cause us stress and worry. Sometimes people feel stuck in behaviors or situations. I have over ten years of experience and enjoy helping people bring resolution to a wide variety of concerns. I specialize in helping adults and adolescents with relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, school difficulties, depression and anxiety. I work collaboratively with clients to focus on the issues they find important.
I believe that therapy should be a very positive experience and people should feel encouraged and uplifted. The therapeutic process should allow people to discover resolutions and find healing from the sometimes difficult events of life and to learn how to more fully accept themselves.
