I work with a variety of issues using therapeutic techniques with faith-based counseling to help my clients in overcoming difficulties through identifying and changing dysfunctional thinking, behavior, and emotional responses.

Bio:
Justin Brown was born and raised Catholic. The Catholic faith has been foundational and woven throughout his life in several ways. As a youth, he attended Catholic schools, participated in youth groups, and attended conferences, all which helped lead him to Franciscan University of Steubenville. While there, he received his undergraduate degree in Mental Health and Human Services, played baseball, participated in and led mission trips to Vladivostok, Russia and Appalachia.

Following college, Justin returned to the Chicago area to attend graduate school and work toward his goal of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. In his career, Justin has worked with children and families in foster care, provided individual, group and family therapy for young men in residential care in Chicago, and hospice patients. Most recently, Justin started Rest In You, LLC where he serves as a Catholic Psychotherapist.

Justin, his beautiful wife and children live in Bloomington, IL.
