Hello, my name is Kevin Spizarny and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been a licensed therapist for over 12 years and have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.

If your marriage is struggling or is not as fullfilling as you expected, I can help husbands and wives to identify shared goals and to work together towards those goals.
I have been trained in several evidenced based practices including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Exposure and Response Prevention, Person Centered Therapy, and am Nationally Certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe it is important to not only offer a trained listening ear to the client but to also help to develop measurable goals and practical effective strategies to meet those goals.
As a Catholic Therapist, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Divine Healer and that through Him I can help you to find freedom and healing from your mental and behavioral challenges. I also respect the wishes and desires of the client and will only incorporate faith into the therapeutic process if the client desires.
Fully Alive Therapeutic Services, LLC was formed in 2020 as a way for me to follow the Lord's calling in helping others to be more "Fully Alive". St. Irenaeus said "the glory of God is man fully alive" and I want to help you with the mental and behavioral challenges you are facing so that you may be more fully alive.
I have extensive experience and training in working with children and families with behavioral problems, negative responses from traumatic events, as well as anxiety and depression. I also specialize in working with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, scrupulosity, and adjustment from life changes. I also have experience and a passion for working with those who are addicted or have a troubling relationship with pornography and other areas of purity.
