Message from Therapist

I am only offering sessions with clients throughout Virginia by a Telehealth platform.

I believe that each human person has inherent dignity and value because they are created by God out of love and made in His Image; the more they become their authentic, best selves, the more they are empowered, free, and glorify God. I also believe that, through the power of Jesus Christ, who renews hearts and minds, change can happen, and all things are possible.

I use an integrative approach to counseling, and draws from person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and narrative therapies, as well as dialectical behavior and mindfulness techniques. I strive to foster a warm, caring, and empathic therapeutic environment that is client-focused and strengths-based.

I look forward to working with you!
