Hello! I am a Resident in Counseling in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I graduated from Divine Mercy University with a M.S. in Counseling. My faith informs everything I do including the hope-filled lens through which I view my clients. I believe that each individual is called to flourishing and I will utilize a variety of approaches from Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Mindfulness Based, Attachment Based, Trauma Informed, Internal Family Systems, and creative work. 

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD/scrupulosity, trying to heal from trauma, adjusting to life transitions as a teen, new parent, or post-divorce/blending families, or striving to improve your relationships, I would be honored to accompany you on your journey.

Bio:
I studied at Divine Mercy University where I learned how to integrate the truths of the Catholic faith with the grounding in psychological sciences. During my clinical internship, I worked with children as young as three, adolescents and adults of all ages. After graduation, I joined Alpha Omega Clinic where I am able to continue working with clients of all ages and help them find healing that addresses the whole person.
