After working as a registered nurse for many years, I decided to become a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Engaging with those who suffer and heal over the past twenty years in the medical profession has greatly informed my approach to counseling. Now, with my clients as a Clinician with the Alpha Omega Clinic, I continue to draw on my experience as a nurse and am passionate about helping individuals develop an awareness of how the body, mind, and soul are integrated, noting patterns of emotional wellness intersecting with physical and spiritual wellness.
